Shipping Information

Shipping time differs for different places. Please refer to the table below for shipping method options, shipping time, and estimated minimum shipping costs. Kindly note that the actual shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page and is determined by the items in your order.

  • If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together.
In general, depending on the complexity of the dresses, processing time differs from category to category. Please refer to the table below for specific processing times to better estimate when you will receive your order:

Note:

Specific processing time depends on the items. The delivery time of accessories, swatches and some items depends on our inventory, and these items can be shipped within 24 hours when we have sufficient stock.

We will process your order within 24 hours after your order is placed and inform our tailors to start making dresses for you. Therefore, if you want to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will charge for cancellation of the order after 24 hours because the fabric used in the dress has been cut.
